British car manufacturer Lotus has produced many models of cars. But Lotus Erova is different from all of them. It was developed under a project called Project Eagle! It is comparatively larger than Lotus’s recent cars such as Elise. It has an estimated kerb weight of 1350 kg (2976 lb). It is the only lotus model which has a two plus two configuration.
The cooled boot behind the engine is large enough. Porche Cayman may be one of its competitors in the market. The sales target for 2009 is just 2000 cars with prices between £45,000 and just over £50,000.
A 0-60 mph acceleration in less than 5 seconds and a top speed of 160 mph are really fantastic factors at a performance point of view. A fuel consumption of 30 miles per imperial gallon is also impressive. Overall, Lotus Erova is all set to capture the market in the coming days.
